Curious about your Neurotype? Insightfully You Psychology provides affirming adhd and autism assessments for young people (ages 4+) and adults.
If you think (or know) you have a learning disorder, like dyslexia, dysgraphia, or dyscalculia, I'll help you confirm, understand and work with its strengths and challenges.
Together, we'll work out what's happening and why. Then we'll get practical and purposeful about helping you feel differently and better.
We'll meet for our sessions via a securely encrypted Telehealth service. Access your therapy from an environment that's safe and comfortable for you and conforms to the highest Australian and global standards for protecting your privacy and data.

Begin by filling out our enquiry form to express your interest in an assessment or mental health support.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you an intake and consent form to complete, along with a link to our calendar booking system to schedule your first session.
Note: If you feel ready, you can also book your session directly now without submitting an enquiry form.
Your initial session will be a 50-minute intake meeting where we will discuss your questions and outline the support we can provide.
Assessments: After the initial session, you will receive a tailored quote based on your specific needs and areas of interest.
Mental Health Support: In your second session, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan and start working towards your goals.
You don’t need a referral to see me. However, you will need a referral to claim any Medicare rebates you may be eligible to receive. If you have private health insurance, you may also be eligible to claim a rebate, depending on your coverage.
A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) subsidises a series of sessions with mental health professionals for a specific list of conditions such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorder. General practitioners (GPs) can provide Mental Health Care Plans. Currently, MHCPs entitle you to a rebate of $96.35* per session for 10 sessions per calendar year.
At my practice, this means you will pay $123.65 per session.
Find out more about accessing Medicare rebates for psychology services.
If you are under 25, you may qualify for specific Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) rebates covering the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental conditions and qualifying disabilities such as autism and/or ADHD.
You will need a referral from a psychiatrist or paediatrician to access these rebates.
A GP can write a referral for rebated ADHD sessions.
Yes, I currently accept self and plan-managed participants on the NDIS. Please check your plan to confirm that it covers psychological treatment or assessments.

For NDIS clients, my hourly fee aligns with the NDIS pricing guidelines at $222.99.
