MEET GEORGINA

Hi there! I'm Georgina, a registered psychologist and I'm so glad that you are here. 

My approach to therapy is all about you. I combine trauma-informed, person-centred, and affirming techniques, using a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. I tailor everything to fit your needs whilst following best practice guidelines. To see how I can support you or your loved one please refer to our services page. 

What sets me apart? I consider myself a neurodivergent-affirming psychologist. I acknowledge and validate the experiences of neurodivergent individuals, practice with a strength-based approach, and am neurodivergent myself. 

When I’m not wearing my psychology hat, you can find me seeing the world (hence the telehealth option), swimming, reading, enjoying a cup of coffee, and spending time with my loved ones.

At Insightfully You Psychology, we are more than just a mental health service provider. We are passionate about supporting individuals and families to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.  

The name Insightfully You Psychology is all about the journey of self-discovery and understanding yourself better. Think of it as putting together a jigsaw puzzle. For me, that last puzzle piece was understanding my own neurodivergence which changed the narrative of my life by leading to deeper self-awareness and self-love.

At Insightfully You Psychology, we believe that truly understanding yourself is powerful and life-changing. Our name reflects this mission. We are here to help you discover and embrace who you really are, providing support and guidance every step of the way. How to work together

1. Submit An Enquiry

Begin by filling out our enquiry form to express your interest in an assessment or mental health support.


Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you an intake and consent form to complete, along with a link to our calendar booking system to schedule your first session.

Note: If you feel ready, you can also book your session directly now without submitting an enquiry form.

2. Complete Intake & Consent Forms

Your initial session will be a 50-minute intake meeting where we will discuss your questions and outline the support we can provide.

Step 3: Attend Your Initial Session

Assessments: After the initial session, you will receive a tailored quote based on your specific needs and areas of interest.

Mental Health Support: In your second session, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan and start working towards your goals.
